Computers running Email Marketing Director software must meet the minimum requirements listed below.

• Access to an SMTP server. (Email Marketing Director works with any standard SMTP mailer, including Imail Server, SendMail, LSMTP, MS IIS, Post.Office, Exim, MS Exchange, etc.)
• Windows 98 SE/ Windows 2000 / NT workstation / NT server / 2000 Server /
  Windows XP/ Windows 2003, Windows Vista
• Minimum 256MB RAM
  

Further Considerations

It is extremely important to know what kind of restrictions your ISP has on bulk email sending. There may be either a size limit, a batch size limit or a complete ban on sending bulk email. In general, the larger the ISP, the more restrictive they are.
